ServiceNow Developer

  • System Administration: Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, access control, and platform configuration.
  • Perform regular system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning.
  • Manage and implement upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure proper backup and recovery procedures.
  • Configuration and Development:
  • Configure and ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
  • Implement and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to end-users and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in project planning and implementation.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of ServiceNow best practices.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Manage user roles and permissions to maintain data security
  • Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
